Types of Marriage Ceremonies
SoCalCatholicWeddings can help you to have a wedding in the Catholic tradition or a wedding with a combination of Catholic/Non-Catholic elements or a Non-Denominational wedding.
Steps to Your Wedding Ceremony
The first step is to have a preliminary meeting shortly after finalizing your wedding
date and location. We can meet at a location that is mutually accessible. Our
first meeting would provide us an opportunity to get to know one another and
clarify our expectations.
We would review the ceremony format and many wedding resources:
Scripture and secular readings, vows, blessings and exchange of rings, and
various traditions and rituals ( i.e. arras, lasso, unity candle, mixing of sand, mixing of wine, special blessings, etc.) to personalize your service.
We can schedule additional meetings until you feel comfortable with the wedding ceremony. After our meeting we may communicate as many times as necessary to answer questions and clarify expectations. We will practice the ceremony as many times as you may need. My goal is to make your wedding ceremony dreams a reality and make you ready for your SPECIAL DAY!
Please contact us and tell us what your wedding ceremony preferences are.
